Co-founder/Director
Tim Goodall
Having obtained a degree in Marine Engineering, I entered the world of HVAC, working for a leading industry wholesaler, applying thermodynamics and engineering principles. I then went on to work within a market leading HVAC manufacturer for 11 years, discovering and mastering design, application and customer service skills. Solid client relationships and service levels have always been at the forefront of my daily approach, and I have learned that this is the absolute key to establishing the very best customer experience within our business. Founding Dynamic Climate Limited was the natural next step for me, to be able to shape an agile, sales business with the customer’s requirements considered before any decision is made or process is undertaken. I’m incredibly proud of the culture, environment and reputation we have created at Dynamic Climate, and our customers seem to enjoy and benefit from the experience of working with us, as a result.

Luke Fisher
I started in the Air-conditioning industry at an early age, learning the ropes from technical support, operations, logistics, and sales. My 25+ years in this industry has taught me that the customers experience is the most valuable “thing” and what I measure our success on. I believe in the power of “our team” and see every problem as an opportunity to show what our real worth is. The 3 main cultural values our business has that I’m most proud of are: •Care about everything we do •Support one another •Be as easy to deal with as humanly possible

Dynamic Climate was born with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional customer service through agility, flexibility, and a personal approach. Drawing on years of industry experience, Tim, Luke, and I brought together a talented team of 20 professionals who all share the same commitment to excellence. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients' needs and delivering quick, tailored solutions with a personal touch. This customer-first philosophy has been at the heart of our growth and success, helping us build lasting relationships and a reputation we’re extremely proud of. It’s been an exciting journey so far — and we’re only just getting started.

With a background in the aviation industry working for a broker, I have a strong appreciation for reliable and valuable supply chains and the part they play in ensuring the success of the client. I get a lot of pleasure from solving problems and providing high levels of customer service to our clients across both our operations and finance departments. I love our vibrant, friendly and energetic team culture and I’m excited to help in providing the very best service in the industry.

Being with Dynamic from the early stages, it has been nothing but joy being a part of the company’s growth. Here at Dynamic Climate, we have built a fantastic working environment along with a loyal customer base who many I now class as good friends. Tim Leonard
I started my career in HVAC as an apprentice with a company in Torbay. I completed my NVQ levels 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration before moving into a Service and Maintenance role within the business. My roles included attending breakdowns for various brands and the commissioning of larger VRV/VRF systems the company had installed. I was in this role for 10 years, before venturing into the world of sales, joining a large manufacturer in the industry. During the next 14 years, I worked with and built lasting relationships with customers of various sizes, offering the highest possible level of service and paying attention to the customer’s needs to best offer a solution. I joined Dynamic Climate in 2022 as the vision for the company matched perfectly with my ideas of what customer service should look like. Dynamic Climate have built a premium service-based business that isn’t designed to just “shift boxes” but to offer a complete service from initial design stages all the way through to after sales, ensuring the customer’s needs and requirements are considered and met at all points. Together we have built a strong reputation and customer base in the southwest and will continue to so as we move forward.

Technical Engineering Manager
Thomas Haldenby
Since joining Dynamic in 2022 I have been able to grow my team of engineers into one of the best engineering teams within the industry. I have taken a lot of pride in supporting each of my individual team members growth and allow them to learn basics to complex problems and how to solve them. I look forward to the many challenges that we will face individually and as a team and how we all learn to adapt to an ever-changing industry.

Stephen Barrett
Since starting in the industry in 2007, I’ve built a career that combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus. After over seven years managing complex HVAC installations, I moved into sales with a leading air conditioning manufacturer working closely with contractors. That project management experience gave me a clear understanding of the challenges clients face—and how essential responsive, reliable support is to delivering successful outcomes. Moving to work with Dynamic Climate was the best decision I ever made as Dynamic Climate’s commitment to service excellence reflects my own values, and I’m proud to lead our operations across the Midlands, building long-term relationships based on trust and performance.

Senior Project Support Engineer
Yasmin Needham
With 10years+ experience across the HVAC industry, joining Dynamic Climate was a clear choice. The Dynamic Climate teams’ ethos of excellent customer service mirrors my own. I am passionate for being involved in projects from design, through to commissioning and technical support. Always aiming to deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate service to our customers with all enquiries from spare parts to large VRF designs. I love the ever-changing nature of the HVAC industry and constantly learning to better the service we can give our clients and contribute to their success.

Applied Projects Engineer
Sam Bugler
I entered the HVAC industry straight after University having studied Mechanical Engineering for 3 years. I have since been part of the Engineering Team at Dynamic Climate, starting out as Project Support Engineer and specialising into an Applied Projects Engineer, managing and supporting projects involving bespoke Commercial Heat Pumps, Chillers and IT Cooling equipment. Outside of office life, you will likely find me on a golf course exploring the local woodland!

Amy Sinclair
I joined the Dynamic Climate team after running my own cleaning business. As a naturally social person, I’ve always enjoyed building strong, personal relationships—something I was fortunate to experience with many of my clients, often becoming a valued part of their family life. Over the past two years at Dynamic Climate, I’ve brought that same energy into my role, supporting Tim and Luke and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. It’s been incredibly rewarding to grow with the team and continue strengthening the connections that make this company so special.

I've been part of the Dynamic Climate team for just over two and a half years now, and I'm currently loving my new’ish’ role as an Account Manager. If you’d asked me three years ago whether I’d be working in an office, I probably would’ve laughed my head off—but this job has brought so many new experiences into my life, and I wouldn’t change a thing. One of the best parts of my role is getting to meet new clients and build genuine relationships. I thrive on solving problems and making sure our clients feel supported every step of the way. No two days are the same, and I really enjoy the variety and the challenges that come with this line of work. Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or spending time with friends and family.

I joined the Operation Team with no experience of the HVAC industry and haven’t looked back. Working at Dynamic Climate is filled with a lot of fun, great experiences and a team who all strive to achieve the best for each other and our customers. I especially pride myself on providing a level of care, provision, and accuracy to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am very much looking forward to my future at Dynamic Climate.

After earning a Business Management Masters degree from the University of Hull, the HVAC industry wasn’t where I initially envisioned building my career. However, an opportunity arose to join a leading manufacturer as an Account Manager, and what followed was a transformative 13-year journey—an in-depth, real-world apprenticeship that provided invaluable experience and insight into the industry. When the chance came to join the exceptionally customer-focused team at Dynamic Climate, I embraced it without hesitation. It has proven to be one of the best decisions of my professional life.

With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry working in various roles for contractors, wholesalers, and manufacturers I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Over the years, I have achieved an HNC in Building Services, NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Level 3 2330 in Electrical Installation and Testing. I joined the Dynamic Climate team as their values aligned with my own in regard to customer service providing high quality service particularly focusing on Applications, Design, Technical Support by interacting with consultants, contractors and field engineers. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every project is different and applying my experience to ensure I have delivered accurate, detailed information.
